LMS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Developer to design, develop, and maintain their learning management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives
• Customize and configure the LMS interface, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs
• Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, computer science, education, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in LMS administration and development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS reporting tools
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
