About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Mortgage Broker to join our team. Over 6-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of mortgage broking, from meeting clients to processing loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to support the daily operations of a fast-paced finance broking business
• Develop knowledge of loan structuring, credit policies, serviceability calculators, and proven processes to manage workflow effectively
• Assist in reviewing, submitting, and managing loan applications through to approval and settlement
• Take ownership of individual and team targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, and lenders

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

• A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
• A bachelor’s degree in finance and Cert IV & Diploma in Mortgage Broking
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• A basic understanding of the lending process and mortgage broking (preferred but not required)
• Experience in customer service or administration (preferred but not required)
• A willingness to learn, grow, and progress in your career, with a commitment to completing your qualifications to become a fully accredited mortgage broker
