As a Jr. Financial Analyst focused on supporting the finance and accounting team, you’ll be an essential part of driving data-informed decisions, optimizing financial processes, and tackling complex challenges with scaling a high-growth company. You’ll contribute directly to the company’s growth and profitability by supporting financial and operational decision-making, providing insightful variance analysis, and streamlining processes within the monthly close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

When we make an offer, we can provide options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or equity. The salary band for this role will be between $60,000 - 70,000. This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.

REQUIREMENTS
BS or BA, preferably in Finance or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
You’re data driven and have strong analytical skills
WE’D LOVE TO SEE
1-2 Years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related role, experience in a startup environment is a plus
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, eager to take on new challenges and wear multiple hats
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Finance and Accounting teams with the monthly close process
Interact and collaborate cross functionally with leaders across the organization on budgets including variance analysis
Assist with creating and updating and maintaining financial models
Handle ad hoc requests, such as market research, profitability analysis
Play an integral role in the annual and seasonal budgeting processes
Assist in tracking and forecasting operating expenses and other business costs
Reconcile financial data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives
