Linux Endpoint Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Client Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of security controls for Linux endpoints to achieve full compliance by Q3 2025
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and progress on security initiatives
• Assess and implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) options and manage device certificate management and disk encryption solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Linux system administration and security
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint security tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, FleetDM)
• Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and hardening practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
