We are looking for a manager to join our HR Operations team. HR Operations are a HR support function committed to delivering exceptional experiences through the ‘moments that matter’ in the employees’ lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams that support candidates, employees, alumni, and centres of excellence (COEs) within HR across EMEA and LATAM. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with exceptional experience in operational excellence, shared services, service delivery, operational reporting, resource planning, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable interacting with all levels, including executive management, payroll, IT, finance, comms, and legal teams.
You can handle supporting a rapidly changing organization. Using your strong communication and data analysis skills, you'll effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, juggling and accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and are able to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You're also able to analyse and anticipate the needs of your team, managers, stakeholders, and their projects.
You will partner cross-functionally and globally to develop, define, and deliver services and standardized people processes. In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of key services, processes, programs, and tools that enable LinkedIn’s number 1 operations priority, its ‘Talent’ to work efficiently.

Basic qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar function with a background in process improvement and agile project management
3+ years of management and leadership roles
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in an shared services environment with effective strategies to reinforce a shared services engagement model
Experience managing an organization supporting thousands of employees
Experience supporting employees within EMEA and LATAM
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
Leadership presence with strong collaboration skills; able to articulate a value proposition and secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders
A strong verbal and written communicator with exceptional emotional intelligence
Strong in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices and general business environment
Mindset of continuous improvement, LEAN experience is an asset.

Agility and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Understanding of HRIS systems design, HR reporting, workflow, and auditing requirements (experience with Smart Recruiters, Workday & Service Now strongly preferred)
