Job Description

This role will be based in Omaha. 

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer-facing facilitator to join our Customer Education team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional trainer who can confidently deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences for our largest and most complex customers. A core responsibility of this role is leading multi-day, train-the-trainer workshops. While most sessions are delivered virtually, occasional travel (approximately 10%) may be required. 

This role is pivotal in driving the vision of our customer education efforts, ensuring our customers have access to world-class training that enables their adoption and success with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The right candidate has a strong background in live training delivery, instructional design, curriculum development, and project management. They must be a compelling presenter, an adept collaborator across teams (partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success), and deeply knowledgeable about adult learning principles. 

The Customer Education team of LinkedIn Sales Solutions provides evolving learning materials for LinkedIn Sales Navigator customers to enable their adoption and success. The primary asset types, localized in seven languages, are: tip sheets, guides, videos, eLearning, live webinars, and in-person training. 

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate tailored training and train-the-trainer workshops for senior-level audiences (50%+ of role), delivering a consistent and high-quality experience 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align training with business needs 

  • Drive the creation and maintenance of LinkedIn Sales Navigator learning materials, ensuring content is relevant and up to date 

  • Manage, update, and deliver scaled live training webinars, ensuring consistency in messaging and instructional quality 

  • Oversee content localization efforts to scale training materials across multiple languages 

  • Audit and manage our asset library, including content updates, retirements, and coordination with distribution owners 

  • Develop engaging learning experiences in various formats, including instructor-led training, webinars, eLearning, and videos.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of instructor-led training experience (both in-person and virtual) 

  • 2+ years of project management experience 

  • Experience in instructional design and copywriting

  • Experience presenting to senior-level audiences

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in learning development, instructional design, or a related field 

  • Experience delivering train-the-trainer workshops 

  • Curriculum development expertise 

  • Webinar facilitation experience 

  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional best practices 

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Skilljar 

  • Proficiency in presentation design (Keynote/PowerPoint) 

  • Storyboarding and technical writing experience 

  • Experience with video editing (Camtasia, After Effects) and voice-over recording (Adobe Audition) 

  • Localization experience to support global scaling of content

The pay range for this role is $86,000-$140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
