Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly lease up reports summarizing traffic, application pipeline, occupancy, and KPI variances for senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends to flag risks early and suggest actionable solutions to keep the property on target.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Help facilitate communication between construction, development, and property management teams during lease up.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency with Excel or Smartsheet (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling) and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Familiarity with property management/leasing software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and CRM tools.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as ILS platforms, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and eager to learn in a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Your Education and Experience
