Key Responsibilities

• Execute data-driven marketing initiatives and manage audience segmentation
• Oversee the coding, approval, and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels
• Produce campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for future optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HTML coding experience, with familiarity in email deployment
• 2-5 years of experience with marketing automation tools or ESPs
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently
