Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and manage lifecycle marketing and automation for a new healthcare product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of email and push campaigns, including segmentation and post-send analysis
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of email/automation/lifecycle marketing experience
• Experience in creating user acquisition and engagement communication journeys across multiple channels
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive email design
• Extensive experience using email service providers (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce)
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers on API and data requirements
