What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
Your days at LGI Healthcare Solutions will be rich and varied. Reporting to the Senior Director, Culture and Talent (C&T), you will be involved in HR data management, including data collection, analysis and interpretation, as well as updating databases and automating performance reports.
You will monitor and analyse KPIs to recommend improvements and collaborate with the C&T team. Another key responsibility will be process automation, requiring the identification of automation opportunities, and the implementation of solutions in collaboration with the IT teams.
You will ensure that project schedules are created and adhered to, maintaining a systems focus. You will be the principal technical point of contact for the C&T team, and will help to ensure data integrity, test system changes, draft reports, and analyse data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Finally, you will support HR projects, providing data analysis as well as HR compliance and compensation support.
