Job Description

The Network Growth Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational delivery of initiatives that
drive broker headcount growth, market representation, and overall network expansion.

 

Reporting to the Head of Distribution Growth, this Philippines-based role provides administrative, reporting, and
coordination support to the Distribution Growth and Network Development teams. You will work closely with the
Australian-based team to assist in the execution of key initiatives such as Broker Academy, broker and associate recruitment market expansion activities.


This role also supports the administration and coordination of programs such as the Broker and Associate Referral Program, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Your work will be essential in helping the team deliver growth- focused initiatives efficiently, maintain momentum across key projects, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of our broker headcount targets and market representation plans.

Position Responsibilities

  • Initiative Coordination | Coordinate the delivery of key broker and network growth initiatives, including Broker Academy, recruitment events, franchise workshops, and broader market expansion activities.
  • Program Administration | Manage the administration and tracking of the Broker and Associate Referral Program, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Broker Academy Support | Manage the scheduling and logistical support for the Broker Academy program, including calendar invites, session scheduling, and ensuring all relevant materials and resources are prepared and distributed on time.
  • Reporting | Prepare and maintain regular reporting and dashboards to provide visibility on broker recruitment activities, associate growth, and network development progress.
  • Data and Document Management | Maintain key operational documents, trackers, and templates to ensure streamlined workflows and accurate records across all growth initiatives.
  • Project Delivery Support | Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of Distribution Growth and Network Development projects to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Workflow Management | Manage administrative tasks and project workflows to support the timely delivery of recruitment, growth, and expansion initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration | Support effective communication and coordination between Distribution Growth, Network Development, Sales and other key business units to drive aligned outcomes.
  • Ad Hoc Support | Flexibly respond to emerging needs and opportunities, providing administrative and project support across a range of network growth initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with an Australian-based team.

Preferred:

  • Atlassian software | Competency in Confluence and JIRA.
  • Experience with CRM systems or project management tools.
  • Experience in supporting growth-focused or sales environments would be advantageous
