A company is looking for a Lean Process Consultant Lead - Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, design, lead, and implement improvements in legal department processes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements within the legal space
  • Experience with legal technological solutions and collaboration with legal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience in complex business environments with a focus on problem framing
