Head of Marketing Growth - Fintech (Remote)

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Head of Marketing Growth to lead and execute our marketing strategies during a critical growth phase. As a fast-growing payment orchestration company with a strong presence in the USA and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, build awareness, and attract new merchants while retaining and engaging our existing customers. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2B fintech marketing.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals, including lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
  • Tailor marketing plans to target merchants in the USA and Europe, reflecting regional preferences and market dynamics.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Incorporate both online and offline marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, events, trade shows, and direct marketing to maximize reach and engagement.

Brand and Content Marketing

  • Establish and elevate the company’s brand identity, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts to engage the fintech audience.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.

Demand Generation and Campaign Management

  • Design, execute and monitor  multi-channel campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social media, and events) to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead nurturing and segmentation.
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

Partnership and Event Marketing

  • Work closely with sales and partnership teams to promote co-marketing initiatives with vendors and industry partners.
  • Plan and execute event marketing strategies for industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows in the USA and Europe.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Align closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives support cross-functional goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on marketing metrics, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.
  • Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B, Payments industry, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the USA and/or European markets.
  • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for fintech audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Familiarity with payment orchestration, e-commerce, and revenue optimization solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-border markets and multilingual campaigns.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (beyond English) is a plus.
