Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for an Account Success Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams to optimize client success and maximize opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding our customer network through individual prospecting and sales activity.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales prospects and maintain a prospect database.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption across the existing customer base.
  • Analyzing data to enhance client and campaign performance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Negotiating commercial terms within authorized levels.
  • Representing and promoting the Leads.io brand.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup and orientation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction.

Your qualifications

  • Experience in account management or sales is essential, with a background in digital marketing as a strong advantage. Proficiency in telephone sales is also highly beneficial.
  • Bilingual in French or Spanish and a good level of English.
  • Empathy and strong communication skills to build trust and transparency;
  • Skilled in negotiation, capable of balancing client needs with company objectives.
  • Proactive and organised, always looking to improve client satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Driven to grow accounts through strategic, win-win approaches.
