A company is looking for a Lead Web Analyst to drive user behavior analysis and web optimization insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user journeys in Amplitude to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
• Build frameworks to track and improve KPIs related to conversion and user flow
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau and Amplitude to deliver executive-ready insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing/product analytics focused on web and user journey analysis
• Advanced Amplitude skills with experience in funnel analysis and optimization
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau
• Expertise in A/B testing and managing GTM/web tracking
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
