Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and delivery of lending-focused features and integrations from concept to launch
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure and scalable workflows for income and employment verification
• Conduct user testing with lenders and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in lending, mortgage, or financial technology
• Proven experience delivering products used by lenders, risk teams, underwriters, or financial institutions
• Strong understanding of income and employment verification, loan origination, and decisioning workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience at startups or high-growth environments preferred
