Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and ensuring compliance
• Leads subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts
• Assists in developing corporate contracts and grants policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in government contracts and procurement management
• Extensive experience managing complex multi-year contracts
• Familiarity with government-approved procurement systems and CPSR experience
• Advanced knowledge of the FAR and other agency supplements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CPCM and CFCM certifications are desired but not required
