Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst (GTM Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering of business requirements and design solutions within Salesforce, Clari, and integrated GTM applications
• Optimize GTM workflows, configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, and implement best practices for efficiency and data quality
• Enhance forecasting methodologies and manage GTM system initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven proficiency in using Clari for forecasting and pipeline management
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity processes and complementary GTM tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
