Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in data, product, or business analytics roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for querying and analysis
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for dashboard creation
• Experience in marketing analytics and customer retention analysis
• Familiarity with statistical methods and A/B testing
