Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Manager in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Participate in the development of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
• Help manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder input and business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in reporting on product performance.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance the overall product experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about product management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
