We are seeking a talented Sales Operations professional to join our client's dynamic team. This remote position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market, working with a leader in ADU construction.
Analyze sales performance, optimize sales processes and provide insights for growth
Listen to sales calls and review email communications of sales team members
Provide regular coaching sessions for sales teams to improve performance and reach KPIs
Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel to improve efficiency
Ensure data quality and consistency across sales and marketing systems
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals
At least 2 years of experience in B2C sales in Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management (ideally, in the US market)
Strong background in coaching sales teams
Ideally, sales experience with ADUs and high-ticket deals ($200,000 and more)
Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages
Excellent proficiency in using AI tools, CRMs, dashboards, and other sales tools and software
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs
Proactive and energetic approach to work
Ability to operate with integrity, honesty, and transparency
Startup mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
Comfort working remotely with team members in different time zones and locations
Competitive base compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 (negotiable based on experience and location)
