As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting potential clients with our roofing experts by scheduling appointments for consultations and estimates. You will engage with leads generated through various channels, qualify prospects, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and driven to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule roofing consultations and estimates.
  • Gathering relevant information to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Set appointments for sales representatives and ensure the schedules are optimized for efficiency.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have about the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information in our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improving lead generation and appointment setting processes.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based performance metrics and targets.
