Role: Amazon In Stock Management Specialist

Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time

Hourly Wage: $6 - $9 (negotiable based on experience)

Lago is looking for an Amazon In Stock Management Specialist to enhance our ecommerce capabilities. In this role, you will oversee inventory dynamics and ensure that our products are consistently in stock and readily available for customers. You'll be key to maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and collaborating with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a deep understanding of inventory management processes and a passion for customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
As an Amazon In Stock Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts while optimizing the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels across various Amazon accounts, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Analyze sales trends and historical data to predict inventory needs
  • Monitor inventory performance metrics and report on stock availability to key stakeholders
  • Implement inventory management best practices and optimize warehouse space
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotions
  • Maintain accuracy in inventory records and assist with audits as necessary

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and inventory management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel, reporting tools)
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to solve problems proactively
