We have an exciting opportunity available for a Full-Time Hotel Sales Coordinator who will not only support the Director of Sales but also work closely with our Front Desk Team. As a friendly Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in all aspects of finding and managing sales opportunities across various market segments for our hotel.

Pay: $20-$22 Per Hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Weekdays & every other Saturday

Shift: 8:30am - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of selling and coordinating meetings, seminars, and events for all market segments
• Prepare contracts and proposals, and handle payment transactions
• Keep all correspondence organized and easily accessible through meticulous typing and filing
• Respond to phone inquiries about hotel availability and provide group rates
• Support the Front Desk and assist with making reservations
• Provide weekly reports to other departments regarding upcoming scheduled events
• Effectively communicate event needs to all hotel departments
• Manage the Wedding Segment and Meeting Room Rentals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience or sales experience *preferred but not required*
• Excellent telephone communications skills
• Ability to meet one-on-one with individuals, such as brides or meeting room contact
• Strong organization skills and effective time management skills
