  • Own month-end and year-end reporting activities
  • Partner with internal teams to support project delivery and align finance with business milestones
  • Work with external stakeholders and clients on contract support and financial processes
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable finance systems and tools
  • Collaborate with other regional finance leads to drive global consistency and process improvement

  • A recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of IFRS and regional GAAP (US)
  • Experience in tax, payroll, and compliance requirements
  • Background in managing or building finance teams
  • Previous work in SaaS or tech-driven environments is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools like NetSuite is a plus
  • Able to work from either our NYC or Houston Office

Why you'll love it here
  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options including FSAs
  • paid time off — we know working hard means also being able to recharge as needed, we trust our employees to get the work done and take the time they need.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Parental leave. Biological, adoptive and foster parents are all eligible.
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits.

  • Modern office or co-working spaces depending on location.
  • We hire a wide range of experience levels into our teams. The salary range for this position in NYC ranges on average from $175-200K depending on relevant experience, role alignment, and expertise demonstrated throughout the interview process. While the full salary range is listed, not all candidates will be placed at the top of the range—this will be determined by the overall fit for the position.
