Our IT Customer Acceptance department is looking for an intern who enjoys contributing to the writing of user manuals and setting up decision trees with accompanying text and visualization. You will work closely with an international team of 7 people, some of whom work on-site and others remotely.
As an intern in the IT Customer Acceptance department, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for the checks within the KPN customer acceptance process. Your tasks will include:
The ideal candidate is precise and accurate. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus and will be beneficial during this internship.
