The opportunity:
  • As a Consultant in our Tax division, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality specialist tax advice and services.


Day to day You will:
  • Stay informed on legislation, case law, and Inland Revenue rulings.
  • Understand and use tax compliance procedures and software effectively.
  • Attend training courses to improve skills and knowledge continuously.
  • Ensure confidentiality and provide quality client service.
  • Build relationships, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement.


What you'll bring to our team:
  • A degree in relevant subjects such as accounting, finance, or economics that meet CAANZ requirements, or a Law degree.
  • Completion of Law Professionals or Provisional membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or Certified Practising Accountants (Australia), with progression through the technical and capstone modules.
  • Competence and literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A professional approach to work and a strong client focus.
  • The ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivation with a high level of initiative.
  • Confidence, honesty, and enthusiasm.
