Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Associate at Kouper Health, you’ll play a critical role in building our culture and ensuring seamless deliver of the Kouper product offering. Success in this role will require an ability to capture complex requirements and help us translate them into program updates that allow us to scale to hundreds of hospitals.
You will be working directly with the Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including supporting care navigator teams, liaising with internal departments, and troubleshooting issues that arise during the deployment of our solutions. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver with experience in healthcare operations and managing remote teams.
Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of patient outreach campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across the Kouper platform.
Review and assess the quality of patient experience to ensure all teams are delivering the highest level of results to support Kouper’s health system customers.
Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to analyze data from campaigns and team performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for platform and infrastructure improvement.
Team Management:
Collaborate with care navigator teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective communication with patients.
Develop and implement operational best practices for care navigators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Track team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Product Delivery & Operations:
Coordinate with internal teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of Kouper’s product to hospital sites, from configuration to post-launch support.
Act as a liaison between the tech team and care navigators, ensuring smooth transitions and troubleshooting any issues that arise. As you progress within the role, you will have the opportunity to lead elements of our care navigator efforts
Oversee the logistics of deploying new features and updates, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control.
Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights that inform future development and enhancements.
