Assistant Manager/Manager - Marketing (Digital Marketing/Event Management)

Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
Research, plan and execute promotion campaign and events with the alignment of business and branding objectives
Actively explore external collaboration/partnership opportunities to identify new marketing ideas, draw awareness and revenue
Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness with a full-funnel strategy and data-driven marketing practices
Assist to develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms and online channels coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
Drive the digital growth and performance marketing plan, such as SEO, SEM, social media, YouTube, roadshows, events, partnership etc.
Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
Liaise with external agency and partner to drive digital marketing excellence
Monitor the budget and digital platform performance, trend and provide insight
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior

Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 6 years of experience in the fields of digital and social media marketing
Ability to think innovatively with a digital-savvy mindset
Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
Capability to lead agencies to develop and execute effective adverting and media plan
Proactive in following up projects
Analytical and with good numeric sense
Excellent command of both Chinese and English
Ability to work in dependently under pressure
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
