Kodif is a well-funded startup, having raised $6.5M so far. Our pre-seed round was led by Village Global, which is backed by Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Reid Hoffman. The Seed round was led by Bling Capital, a prominent fund in Silicon Valley.
We have a growing team of 20+ employees. Founders are repeat founders, former senior engineer from Uber, Stanford MBA, and ex-Plug & Play.
You'll be part of a small team that moves fast, values transparency and ownership, and focuses on making an impact.
You'll have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software.
Customer logos include Trustwallet, CoinMarketCap, Minted, DollarShaveClub and others.
Responsibilities
Be the first PM at a game-changing startup, owning our product strategy and driving execution with extreme customer centricity and millions of $ of impact.
Build and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap over the next 3, 6, 12 months.
Lead and encourage cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, software developers, designers, and marketers, to build new customer centric AI and low code experiences.
Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to maintain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features are released on time with the required scope and quality.
Drive exec discussions and alignment on critical strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Ability to understand the fundamentals of machine learning, large language models, natural language processing, AI Agents technologies as well as their strengths and limitations.
Ability to communicate effectively with ML engineers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and founders.
Passion for solving customer problems and creating positive impact with AI.
Experience in early-stage startups is a big plus.
