If you're ready to take your career to the next level in the exciting world of construction, Langford & Low Construction is on the hunt for a Senior Superintendent to join our Portland, ME office. With over 50 years of experience under our belt, we pride ourselves on our expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects across healthcare and life sciences. As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the charge on complex projects ranging from $10 million to $25 million. Your responsibilities will include coordinating all site activities, ensuring that we meet our schedules, budgets, and safety standards. You might spend your days developing detailed project schedules and communicating with subcontractors and suppliers, all while keeping an eye on quality expectations. To thrive in this role, you'll need at least 10 years of experience in commercial construction and familiarity with project management software like MS Project and Procore. While a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred, it's not a dealbreaker if you bring the experience. Your excellent communication skills will help you build trust with your team and keep everything running smoothly, especially when navigating field changes with the Project Manager.
