Fulfillment Manager - PM (12pm to 8:30pm)

As the Fulfillment Manager - PM, you will be responsible for, but not limited to order fulfillment, quality control and shipping and will coordinate closely with cross functional departments. You will be accountable for ensuring client demands and obligations are met, and will be a key contributor to the strategic design and implementation of best practices and continuous improvement within the operation.

• Staff and manage the fulfillment team to process and fill customer orders
• Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards
• Effectively monitor flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage
• Use the WMS system to keep inventory accurate in the system and physical locations
• Provide clear direction and general guidance to the department in the formulation and implementation of procedures, and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals
• Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimize departmental operations in accordance with overall business objectives
• Prepare necessary SOP’s for fulfillment processes
• Help analyze current operations and make recommendations on ways to improve
• Manage and provide weekly reporting to Leadership
• Handle and maintain warehouse tasks that may arise throughout the evening.
• Cross functional support with outside departments of distribution to achieve daily success.
• Maintain safety standards within the warehouse and teams. 

• 3+ years experience in leadership positions in fulfillment operations/warehouse supervision
• Someone with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS/ERP software
• Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
• Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
• Forklift certified
• Hours: 12pm to 8:30pm
