About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven and detail-oriented Digital Ecommerce Specialist to own the digital customer journey from discovery through conversion. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling with analytical thinking and ownership of performance metrics.
You will lead the daily management of our ecommerce site while helping execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across email, paid advertising, and website optimization. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic, data-informed marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own the daily operations of kinnstudio.com, ensuring the site reflects current product availability, seasonal storytelling, and visual merchandising updates
- Maintain and optimize PDPs, homepage, navigation, collection pages, and on-site banners for clarity, conversion, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to support product launches, drops, and promotional campaigns with timely, high-quality updates
- Analyze ecommerce performance using Shopify, Google Analytics, and heatmapping tools—reporting regularly on key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and exit points
- Proactively identify and execute CRO opportunities, including A/B testing and landing page development
- Own backend accuracy (inventory visibility, tagging, SEO basics, product filtering) to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Oversee Shopify app integrations (such as Rebuy, Yotpo, or similar) and make recommendations to improve functionality, personalization, or upsell opportunities
- Maintain a consistent rhythm for site QA, ensuring mobile and desktop experiences are equally strong
- Partner closely with Ops and CX to align on fulfillment timelines, preorders, and restock visibility
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and CX teams to support the rollout and execution of Kinn’s VIP program on ecom
- Ensure all VIP-exclusive ecommerce experiences (landing pages, product access, campaign visuals) are launched on time and aligned with program expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the email campaign calendar, incorporating product launches, collaborations, promotions, and other major initiatives
- Collaborate with designers to create on-brand, impactful email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate closely with our agency partner and the Director of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies that drive to high converting landing pages on site
- Assist in managing the affiliate marketing channel, working with partners to optimize performance and ROI. Collaborate on creative/content to support channel success.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or a related growth function, ideally at a DTC or lifestyle brand
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (Rebuy, Postscript, or similar tools a plus)
- Clear understanding of ecommerce metrics and how to analyze and influence them
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage campaign calendars, site updates, and multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience managing a budget, tracking actuals, and reporting on spend vs. performance
- Strong attention to detail, especially in campaign execution and reporting
- Comfort working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, ops, and CX
- A passion for storytelling, community, and building a brand with meaning
- Affiliate marketing or paid social experience (especially TikTok/Meta/creator whitelisting)
