The Research Associate I will assist with process development operations and perform laboratory maintenance activities. The Research Associate I will demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining respect for best practices and an understanding of the importance and applicability of quality and controls in development activities.
The Research Associate I will show a willingness to learn and improve existing systems in a collaborative way, and serve as an SME in interactions with company colleagues on topics within their purview. It is expected that he/she will continuously improve operational effectiveness and support a culture of continuous improvement.
