Research Associate I, Process Development

Kincell is a technology-forward contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that streamlines analytical development, process development, CMC consulting and early-stage GMP cell therapy manufacturing.

Our focus is on developing and manufacturing immune cell therapies, including autologous and allogeneic CAR-T, CAR-NK, and CAR-M programs.

The Research Associate I will assist with process development operations and perform laboratory maintenance activities. The Research Associate I will demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining respect for best practices and an understanding of the importance and applicability of quality and controls in development activities.

The Research Associate I will show a willingness to learn and improve existing systems in a collaborative way, and serve as an SME in interactions with company colleagues on topics within their purview. It is expected that he/she will continuously improve operational effectiveness and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Performs process development operations with more senior personnel supervision
Assists in drafting and reviewing technical documents
Laboratory maintenance and material management
Maintenance of 5S and Kanban Systems
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

High School Diploma and 1 years’ experience, or an A.S. degree or B.S. degree.
Strong sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, self-motivated attitude and teamwork oriented
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to carry out a variety of technical instructions in written, oral, mathematical, and diagram form
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to multitask tactically.
Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time.

Location

This is a site-based position located in Gainesville, FL, and it will require some non-standard working hours, including early morning or late evening.
