Kimmeridge is an alternative asset manager focused on the energy industry. This position will be responsible for management and support of all tax matters at Kimmeridge from portfolio companies to Funds to Kimmeridge partners in close collaboration with Third-Party advisors and Kimmeridge Finance team. The position will work directly with portfolio companies, Fund managers, and Kimmeridge Partners on tax matters; underneath Head of Tax. The position offers a unique Tax experience with a window into management decisions and initiatives.

Kimmeridge pays 100% of the cost of the employees’ health/dental/vision insurance. During each fiscal year of employment, employees will be eligible to earn a discretionary annual incentive bonus, based on company and individual performance targets.
