Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong brand and retailer partnerships with Sephora EU accounts
• Develop retailer-centric strategies tailored to each account for sustainable growth
• Monitor sales performance and lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the beauty or luxury retail industry
• Proven success in driving sales and managing relationships in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies
• Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
• Proactive and organized with strong project management skills
