We’re seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our client growth initiatives. Your main mission will be to scout potential clients, kick off conversations through email or social platforms, and hand off interested prospects to our Canadian team for the next phase. Ideal candidates will have a sharp sense for spotting market gaps, drawing on experience in consulting or similar industries, though your involvement ends once leads show interest—our team in Canada handles the rest.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Carefully log outreach efforts, responses, and essential details for a smooth transition to the Canada team.
  • Initiate Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via emails or messages to assess their hiring needs and interest.
  • Prospect Research: Explore LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover job postings that indicate a demand for recruitment services.
  • Lead Transition: Pass engaged contacts—like HR managers, hiring leads, or senior executives—to our Canadian team for follow-up and deal finalization.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking software is a plus.
  • Independence: Excel in a lively, fast-moving environment while hitting lead goals on your own.
  • Relevant Background: Experience in consulting or a comparable field, with a talent for identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • English Proficiency: Outstanding written English to create engaging, convincing outreach messages.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
