Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Communication:
- Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
- Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Customer Success Monitoring: (Training provided, no experience necessary)
- Track and analyze customer success metrics
- Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the customer success team to implement strategies that enhance client experience.
- Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management.
Sales Process Analysis: (Training provided, no experience necessary)
- Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques.
- Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
Partnership Development (Training provided, no experience necessary)
- Identify and establish partnerships with companies and individuals, primarily in the European market.
- Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
- Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives
- Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support training and development programs for sales team members
