About the Role

An experienced Site Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati. This leadership role involves managing production schedules, developing annual budgets, setting productivity goals, and ensuring efficiency and compliance in all aspects of the manufacturing process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing a production site (within the aerospace or defense industry)
  • Proven success in plant operations and team leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to foster collaboration within teams
  • Competitive salary: $170,000 - $180,000
