We are looking for a dynamic team player who is passionate about connecting clients to exceptional events. This position reports to the Director of Sales Development and requires maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to customers and partners via phone calls and emails to drive attendance to Kaseya events.
  • Collaborate with account managers to arrange product demos for customers.
  • Contact customers to encourage participation in product webinars.
  • Develop talking points for common customer rebuttals.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene by adding notes and updating information to ensure accuracy.
  • Keep a database of customer issues and Salesforce discrepancies and forward them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Confirm customer attendance post event registration.

What You'll Bring:

  • An associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in tele-sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers on behalf of the sales/marketing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and autonomous self-starter attitude.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership of initiatives and a consistent drive to exceed expectations.
