The Associate Director of Enterprise Integrations will lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless integration of systems (CRM,ERP,Data Wherehouse, 3rd parties etc.) and data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex integration projects and a deep understanding of integration technologies such as MuleSoft and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the enterprise integration team, providing direction, mentorship, and support. 

• Develop and implement integration strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. 

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and opportunities. 

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions. 

• Manage integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and within budget. 

• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. 

• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, standards, and best practices. 

• Provide technical guidance and support for integration-related issues and challenges. 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the integration team. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 

• Experience working with Mulesoft. Integrations with Salesforce, Oracle and any CRM will be a huge plus. 
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as APIs, ESB, ETL, and middleware. 

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, CRM/ERP applications, and services. 

• Proven track record of managing complex integration projects from inception to completion. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

• Certification in relevant integration technologies or methodologies is a plus.
