Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer who is passionate about technology and healthcare to help document their APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and integration guides
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure accurate documentation
• Analyze and enhance existing documentation workflows to improve scalability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or developer documentation
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, including parameters and JSON responses
• Basic familiarity with FHIR or a strong desire to learn healthcare data standards
• Willingness to explore and apply AI-enhanced authoring tools
• Experience with MadCap Flare or similar documentation tools preferred
