Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Create reports and insights on current sprint activities for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in an IT development environment
• Active SAFe Scrum Master certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or another advanced certification
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of development environments and technologies such as Salesforce and Java
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
