Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team for beta testing and issue reproduction
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while documenting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience with Automation Testing (mobile, web, API, or WinApp)
• Demonstrated self-starting and supportive team spirit
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and tools
