What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our fashion tech platform team. This role blends creativity, user-centered design, and strategic thinking to shape exceptional digital experiences for our brand and retail users. You’ll be a design advocate, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring our products align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Alignment:

  • Understand the company’s vision, strategic goals, and departmental purposes, ensuring your design work supports these effectively.

  • Champion user-centered design, advocating for user needs in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Incorporate strategic thinking into design processes, considering long-term business and customer impact.
    

• Research & User Insight:

  • Conduct user research, testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather actionable insights.

  • Select and apply appropriate research methodologies and summarize findings in clear, compelling ways.
    

• Design Execution:

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys with advanced skills in Figma and other design tools you see appropriate.

  • Execute interaction and UI design tasks within an established design system, proposing and creating new components when needed.

  • The ability to work fluidly between web and iOS.

  • Create functional micro-interactions, icons, and infographics to enhance the user experience when appropriate.
    

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, involving them in the design process and valuing their perspectives.

  • Present complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences, offering actionable solutions to problems.

  • Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and professional growth.
    

• Design Thinking Leadership:

  • Serve as an expert in Design Thinking, guiding others in its practice and application.

  • Use evidence, metrics, and design principles to make informed decisions and drive impactful design updates.
    

• Process & System Optimization:

  • Enhance information architecture by creating or redesigning taxonomies and conceptual models.

  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Optimize workflows and evaluate new tools to improve design processes.
    

What You Bring

• 4-6 years expertise in UX design tools and techniques, including wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and journey mapping.

• Strong research skills and the ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.

• A collaborative mindset with excellent facilitation, organization, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in presenting ideas, leading group decisions, and writing within the realm of UX design.

• A commitment to ethical practices and a keen sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

• Experience in a SaaS, B2B focused experiences a plus

Details:

• Location: The position is fully remote and we are looking to hire in the Eastern time zone (EST) of the United States.

• Salary: $120 - $130 USD
