Job Description

We are always on the lookout for motivated, committed Senior Sustainability Strategists and Principal Sustainability Strategists!

As a Strategist at Quantis, you will be in charge of business development and project management in your sector. You will establish and nurture high-impact client relationships, positioning Quantis as the preferred partner for sustainability transformation.

You will be responsible for contributing to the company’s revenue growth and will lead sustainability projects. Depending on your previous sector experience and knowledge, you will be contributing to the development of the following sectors at Quantis:

- Food & Beverages

- Cosmetics & Personal Care

- Fashion & Sporting Goods

- Pharmaceuticals

- Chemicals

- Finance

- Industrial Goods

 

Qualifications

  • You are motivated to apply your consulting, strategy, and client relationship development skills to our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • You are a motivated senior strategy consultant or account manager with 4+ years (for Senior Strategists) / 10+ years (for Principal Strategists) of relevant experience, looking for a big opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts. Previous experience in a consulting firm is a significant plus.
  • You have substantial exposure to corporate sustainability and are eager to deepen your expertise in this area.
  • You have a good experience in at least one of Quantis' sectors of activity (mentioned above), and understand the dynamics and challenges of this sector. 
  • You have a proven track record in business development, including building long-term client partnerships and developing strategic solutions for clients.
  • You excel at building networks both within your organization and with clients to maximize impact.
  • You have strong project management skills and are capable of leading projects with the support of subject matter experts.
  • For Principal Strategists: You are a team player who can mentor and train colleagues, helping them apply their expertise to find solutions. You are passionate about supporting the growth and development of your colleagues.
  • You communicate fluently and effectively in English and the local language of your branch (French, German or Italian).
  • You’re highly motivated by the challenges of guiding global companies on a sustainable change pathway, adapting your strategy expertise to new challenges and innovating new paths to success.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to be part of a team shaping the future of sustainability transformation.
