Clubhouse Specialist 2 - Human Services

**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days) **

Position: Clubhouse Specialist 2 - Full Time 

Location: Pittsfield, MA      

Rate of Pay: $24.76 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm rotating/occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required 

Summary: 

• Develops and services employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations. "Individuals with human services, direct care, recovery, and day program experience are strongly encouraged to apply!"

Qualifications: 

• High School/GED plus 1-2 years of relevant experience  
• Experience with the mental health population preferred
• Must have ability to work independently and as an effective team member 

Requirements: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry utilizing accounting software, to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, databases, and email essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
