Administrative Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Provide phone coverage, take messages, and track team availability
Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, rooms, and virtual conferencing
Support client engagement activities such as ordering Lucites and coordinating events
Book travel including flights, hotels, car rentals, and prepare detailed itineraries
Submit accurate and timely expense reports
Job Skills/Requirements
Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive team player willing to provide coverage and support across teams

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $23 - $28/hr
