JOBJACK is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Head of Sales & Customer Success to take charge of our revenue-generating functions. This leader will be primarily focused on new business acquisition and building scalable growth strategies, while also ensuring a strong customer success framework for upsells and retention.
This role requires a hands-on sales leader who is comfortable closing deals themselves while building and optimizing a high-performance sales and revenue engine. You will inherit a small sales team (1-2 members) and will play a crucial role in growing the function as we scale. While marketing is an existing function within the company, you will be expected to work closely with the team to ensure an aligned go-to-market strategy that fuels demand generation and identifies where marketing must also drive revenue growth.
