One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Representative in India/Pakistan.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join a growing team focused on expanding B2B sales of LED lighting and solar solutions in the U.S. market. This remote role requires a professional with a strong background in non-IT product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Working during U.S. business hours, you will engage directly with distributors, contractors, and commercial clients. This position is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are eager to develop lasting client relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound cold calling and email outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals with U.S.-based clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM software
  • Present product solutions clearly and effectively based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms with key decision-makers
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to encourage customer retention and repeat business

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT B2B product sales (preferably in lighting, industrial, or solar sectors)
  • Proven success selling to the U.S. market and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to manage client objections
  • Willingness and ability to work during U.S. time zones (EST/PST)
  • Self-driven with a high level of independence and motivation
  • Must have access to a dedicated remote work setup (laptop, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
  • Remote position with flexible location (within India or Pakistan)
